I am going to start off by mentioning what most mention, The art is good and a very consistent artstyle at that.
It has a bit of variety going in it's enemy roster however you'll likely find the definitely not F4 mirelurks the most common along with the slugs.
For context this is on 2.1.2
Here's all the bad thing's however, because there is as mentioned by just about everyone a lot of that.
Firstly, I am in general not a fan of these JP game RPG maker style menus that has you navigate through menus with the movement keys instead of just letting me click things, especially when you have quite a few thing's going on there.
There are also a buncha things in menus that are never explained (which honestly the game barely explains much of anything beyond telling you the controls), There seems to be a mechanic for base raids and upgrades to facilities but my power was always at -4 so either this doesn't exist yet or is bugged.
I don't know why but to shoot you first need to press A to raise your gun and then use D to shoot otherwise you melee, instead of just having one button shoot and the other be melee. There is a bit of a delay between raising your weapon and shooting (you'll just melee in this period which cancels out the weapon raise) this can get hairy when the game suddenly spawns waves you have to defeat in tight corridors, which doesn't help that enemies can VERY easily stun lock you, Felt this pretty hard in the police station.
Randomly doors will stop having power in the day even though you've enabled all generators on the map which hadn't softlocked me but you reload a save and the doors all function fine again.
There's a status face in the top left which doesn't actually update unless you reload a save.
Speaking of softlocking, if you get captured very early and you are brought to engineering, good luck grinding out mobs to get 3 AP points so you can finally hack the terminals to get out, yes portions of the game are locked behind a skill and grinding is fairly slow, even though the game itself isn't entirely all that long.
When talking to NPCs a lot of dialogue options simply bug out and cancel the dialogue, a lot of the interaction indicators can be really finnicky to use and the T to talk thing often well doesn't work even when it does show up.
The last big one i had was that i saved my game and my entire explorer.exe just ceased working and i had to force restart my PC, that was cool i guess.
You also seem to have statuses that seemingly don't actually do anything?
