I have to log in every time i come on the forum it want save my password and i have to reset my password to come on the forum can you help me with this problem .

Just so that I am clear on the problem that you are facing, you are being prompted to reset your PW everytime you try logging into the site?
For any account-related problems, please open a ticket under the contact staff field. A staff/admin should be able to help you out with your account log-in issues.
