i clicked in a incest patch that just open a new page with the code, no download, no inrunction, no name that i must put, just a code, how do I use it?

you go to the game thread and type in the search bar keywords like "patch install"

and if any file you want ever opens directly in your browser (like a pdf document), that means that your browser supports opening them inside the browser by default. in which case you do the standard saving procedure, which is right click to open context menu -> save link as (or tap accordingly if you're on a phone)
(just in case - right click on the page the file is linked on, not after opening it)

I am going to use magic, read your mind, and discover it's a Ren'Py NTR game and the patch is a rpy file that you install by putting it inside the game folder.
