Completed all as in all the other characters? Or all as in all the "training" things against Nurse Ali? If you mean you've completed all of the other characters, how were you able to finish the Aunt? I also can't seem to progress Dr. Phipps, presumably because I don't have Nurse Pearl at 5 affection.

Nurse Ali status says completed. Aunt says she needs to come to me, and Dr. Phipps needs all nurses to continue.

aunt comes 10 pm to your room idk wich day when you have that msg that she will come to you. same as mom (have both as slave)

but i cant progress the nurse pearl after 2 ...

The reference to training with Nurse Ali made sense since you find her in the gym, but Nurse Pearl is only either at work or her house (which I can't find). There's also a reference to training Ash in her earlier notes, but a couple of times visiting and doing something with her eventually turns into a scene. Not so with Nurse Pearl.

*edit* Nevermind, I figured out Nurse Pearl lol. Didn't realize that once you got far enough in Nurse Ali's story that it was connected to Nurse Pearl.

*2nd edit* So I didn't see what the trigger was, but eventually the mom just showed up in my bedroom when I went to go to sleep. Still haven't found a trigger for the Aunt, and I got Nurse Ali to a full 5 affection but can't for the life of me figure out how to finish Nurse Pearl to 5 affection. She's stuck at 4, and the hint is to win the sparring (presumably with Nurse Ali), but I can't find a trigger anywhere to finish Nurse Pearl. Spent days with Nurse Ali looking for that "Seduce Pearl" option that there had been previously, and days with Nurse Pearl in case the trigger was in her dialogue somewhere to no avail. Has anyone finished Pearl or the Aunt?

ohh i found the end of pearl. when you have her at 3 (for that the other nurse must corrupt her) she has a house in 1st street you can visit. there you can train her till you have her at 5 (its a nice scene then)

Looked in the code, the big trick to all of it is that you need to do the prior thing 5 times to advance. In the cases where titjob and blowjob show up together (like pearl) you need 5 of each. So to get pearl from 4 to 5, 5 tit jobs, 5 blowjobs, then go to her house. Similar thing to get mom and aunt to show up in your room.

Thank you so much! Any idea how to progress Dr. Phipps? Got Nurse Pearl finished now and did 5 of the new scenes with her just in case, but not finding a trigger with either Phipps or any of the 3 nurses.

Huh, when I reloaded my save (I'd saved in the Hospital), I immediately got that option even though it was 10am on a Friday. Still Ali in reception and Pearl in the ward. I have no bloody idea what the trigger was, since that option wasn't showing up previously, but it worked now so I was able to complete all the current characters. Thanks for the help!

Just testing it now, seems like the basic porn model concept. Although the line "Idk, probably i don't be a celebrate birthday." is so terribly engrish. I kind of love the yoda-speak of it.
