Patreon does not allow centaur sex and says it violates their community guidelines:
At Patreon we allow fictional or mythological creatures so long as the template or base for the character isn't a realistically depicted real animal. For example, My Little Pony characters are fine because they are unrealistic & cartoony, but a 'unicorn' that is a realistic looking horse with wings and a horn added is outside of guidelines.
A centaur can be a bit more difficult to classify because it is part human, however, the part of it that interacts sexually belongs to - and looks like - a horse. That being said it 'd still be considered bestiality to depict sexual interactions between centaur & a human being and it'd be a violation of Patreon Community Guidelines.
