Patreon does not allow centaur sex and says it violates their community guidelines:

At Patreon we allow fictional or mythological creatures so long as the template or base for the character isn't a realistically depicted real animal. For example, My Little Pony characters are fine because they are unrealistic & cartoony, but a 'unicorn' that is a realistic looking horse with wings and a horn added is outside of guidelines.

A centaur can be a bit more difficult to classify because it is part human, however, the part of it that interacts sexually belongs to - and looks like - a horse. That being said it 'd still be considered bestiality to depict sexual interactions between centaur & a human being and it'd be a violation of Patreon Community Guidelines.

That is because it violates their Bestiality restrictions... Even if it's fantasy beasts... Just depends on the art style and type of beast you're trying to include... You can always send them examples of things you're thinking of putting in your content, and ask them if it violates their rules prior to actually including the content... If you're unsure...

And here I thought they couldn't possibly get any lamer than they already are with their widespread censorship of fiction. But here we are. They succeeded once again.

This could affect the last few people that wanted some fantasy porn but with something a bit more on the wilder side than "consenting, per contract agreeing, not blood related humans having coitus".

I have seen people working on games crumble and cut their artistic visions a lot already, and most tried to go with centaurs or werewolfs. Which officially is a no-go now.

I totally agree. I even had to make a special list where I write down all the facts I know about patreon rules to organize the information.

It seems it's quite a gamble with Patreon, some people get away with straight up incest and whatever, guess it depends on how deep the Patreon reviewer wants to go, eventually you should get accepted I feel.
