Wonder if you can help.
Just trying to refund a patron (a late in the month joiner in a pay up front deal) and although I get to their info in relationship manager, and then click 'refund' for a particular payment, the pop-up is grayed out. When I click on the confirm button on the pop-up both it and their info disappears. When I open the patron up again on Relationship manager, the pop-up is still there - but still won't action. The payment I want to refund is from 28/4 (they are a new patron), and they have made a payment since (1/5). I have funds in my amount to cover this refund easily.
Oddly, it won't let me post a message to the patron from the same screen (the pop-up also grayed out) - and when I write it (which it does allow me to do) and press send, it too disappears and doesn't appear as a sent message This suggests it's a Patreon issue - but dunno if there's any advice out there.
