To me it felt forced... I dunno... maybe because I had to input it, I got hyper-vigilant on the dialogues, or something, I didn't feel a real connection...

Peace
If you don't pay attention to the story then you can miss all the hints.
I play for the story not for the porn. Don't get me wrong I do like porn or I would no be here but give me a great story to go along with it and I am good to go.

A few of my parents friends, when I was a youngster, were referred to as Auntie & Uncle. So putting Aunt in there is very familiar to me even if there is no blood relationship!
I also agree with the earlier post that the MCs sister is now with Aunt Judy's ex-husband!

I went with Aunt/ Cousin, and it did work, and made sense, using the default "your counselors daughter" didn't sound natural to me

When I was reading this... the only possibility that kinda made sense in my mind was: Judy's Husband left her to be with MC's Sister. I don't know if it is or isn't, but, looking at the dialogues before and after, it made sense TO ME. YMMV.

Peace :)
Yeah, those were my thoughts as well, that he left to be with his sister or his mom (although I'm more inclined to believe that it's the sister). The way Mike says it makes it feel like he's related to the woman their father was having an affair with.
To make things simpler, I've decided to have two saves, one with the original relationship and another with the aunt/cousin combo, so we'll see in the future which one works better.

Though accurate, don’t fret. That is not what I intend. Imagine Planetary University of Technological Advances, but substitute Planetary with whatever floats your boat that starts with P. Just a little play on words.

The girls aren't, nor will be whores. At most ladies in the streets, and freaks in mc’s sheets.

I like those type ladies. "Lady in the streets, freak in the sheets".

Out of pure curiosity due to the puns at the beginning, are you Spanish or do you speak the language? It's just that it'd be cool to have a fellow speaker around here

You have to understand that I'm fairly new here and I lose track of the people that try to write/speak Spanish and those that are actually able to  But it's always very nice to find people who have that in common with me, it sort of makes me feel more at home :giggle:

I've played so many incest games and I really like them, but I can't see it working in this story, it's so forced that it doesn't make sense to me.

The MC is someone who has been abused and developed trust issues, so I don't see a problem with a counselor caring about this kid, to the point of offering him a place to stay with probably the only person he trusted, the counselor, this shows that she really cared about the kid and wanted to make sure he would be okay; I have some relatives who did something very similar to children in similar situations, so I understand.

Regarding Judy's husband and Hailey and Mia's father, we heard that he hated MC and was overjoyed when he heard MC had died, and I think the person they were talking about was MC's sister, it is very likely that Judy's husband left her, Hailey and Mia, to be with MC's sister, considering that they have something in common which is not liking MC at all, it is unlikely that Judy, Hailey and Mia would continue with him considering how much they like MC.

We hear more from MC's sister than his mother, and we know about his parents' marriage and how they raised their children, so it wouldn't be the mother, so that leaves only the sister or someone who hasn't been mentioned yet.

Xapi, "Como esta" is a very valid phrase in Portuguese. Meaning, "I eat this one". For example: You are presented with 2 empanadas, one slightly different than the other, you point to one of them and say: Como esta!. Where "Como" is "To eat" and not "How", and "esta" is "This one" and not "está" or "are you".

Problem solved?

Peace :)

Oh, about the "como esta", that's actually quite a 'literal' translation. Of course, the usual question of "¿Cómo está?" (although that's too formal in the Spanish from Spain, it would actually be "¿Cómo estás?") is translated as "How are you?". But, if you notice the dialogue line, there's actually no diacritical mark, so the accent wouldn't be on the "a" of "esta", but rather on the "e". Of course, since "como" doesn't have a diacritical mark either, it's not used as an interrogative adverb of manner, it works as a relative adverb (sort of). That word is still pronounced the same, but the enunciation and its use is different, thus making the interpretation different as well. So, since the accent varies, the pronunciation is different, and the meaning as well, and as such, instead of saying "¿Cómo está? - How are you?", Mike is saying "Como esta - Like this one." The pronunciation would be with this emphasis: "cOmo Esta." Example of the expression in a sentence: "He comprado varias cosas, como esta moto - I've bought a bunch of stuff, like this bike."

woops.

jk i didnt actually do that, but I was close, with stepmother and stepsister :KEK:

my reason for thus is when you get put up with a family and grow with them, they kind of are like your "step family" (related but not by blood) Aunt and Cousin definitely still works, but I felt like there might not have been any relation with the father. Thats my reasoning behind it personally.

Was funny when she goes to call you "cousin" and stepsister came out instead on the car ride. Instantly knew thats what dev meant to have in that dynamic from that dialogue :KEK:
Should've put sister for half sister. (although would still break that dialogue note)

"It only counts if they're related by blood" - Yuki (bestgirl)

Or "I eat this one" :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
FatGiant ; just read your post, after answering Supercocco, yes be it the proximity to Brasil, or something else that was exactly what got me laughing, as I played that part (I wanted to eat the "empanada" of the redhead it seems) :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Ok, I'm confused after reading through the thread.

Who have you people put down Judy and Hailey to be towards the MC? Some related some say keep it as councilor and friend.

For me right now, it has been both  One save as counselor/friends, and another as aunt/cousins. I'll see how the story keeps developing, and if for some reasons them being family-related stops making sense, then I'll just stick to the original one.

In order to make a "proper" pun out of that meaning it would've been better to use "come esta" or "cómeme esta" (sort of like "eat this", "eat my d*ck", etc.), since saying "I eat this one" would only mean that he's saying it incorrectly, but there would be no pun there. Also, it's way more common to use "como esta - like this one" than as "I eat this one" (I honestly think I've never heard it or seen phrased like that before, while properly speaking at least :ROFLMAO:)
Still, the "Like this one" clarification was only given in order to know how Mike pronounced "como esta", letting us know that he's not very fluent in Spanish per se

I used aunt and cousin, although Supercocco seems to be "Libra" in the zodiac signs, (pathological undecided) FG went with counselor and friend said that appealed more to him.
Foster Mom / foster sis would be an alternative, hope that helped......if not drink another mug of coffee ! :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
