RPGM - Peasant's Quest [v3.91] [Tinkerer]

I just can't wait for the game to be done to give it a well-deserved 5-star rating!
Update after update the dev will not let you down. Also, women in this game are so fucking hot. I'll say I did need a guide to go through every quest, but that's just probably me, the game usually gives clear hints as to what to do next, but I did get lost some times and had to resort to using the walkthrough someone posted.
So yeah. 5 stars.

There area couple of problems I have with this game. The biggest one is that there are so many girls that are just ugly, but you need to work to get them to unlock more scenes with other characters. It's so easy to make a character look good, so I don't understand why they don't. I guess someone must like it, or they wouldn't do it, but it definitely isn't for me.

Some scenes you get stuck in an animation and need to press buttons on the keyboard to get out of it. This isn't that big of a deal on its own, but sometimes you need to have sex multiple times for a quest, and you have to keep going through this animation trouble, that isn't completely solved by using a keyboard.

Perhaps my biggest annoyance with this game is that from knocking someone up to the baby being born, it takes 20 in game days. This isn't that bad when you have other things to do, but sometimes I wouldn't really have other quests to do atm, or I would be hunting a character's scenes, and I'd have to get them to 4 children, so I just have to spam sleep 60 times in a row.

Also has the problem that every rpgm game has, such as taking many hours to get the content and having boring game play.

The game suffers from what too many RPGM games suffer from; poor balance. I imagine the initial idea was to make it 'challenging', however I will say the developer doesn't actually know what challenging actually is.

The entire combat system is an entire monotony of constantly attacking until the opponents are dead. At which point you are required to heal massively after every battle. While some enjoy using the excuse of RNG for things such as miss and evade rates, they ignore the overall performance that shows a distinct lack of any actions aside from making combat into an even greater headache. For those in the RNG camp, keep in mind that computers are not actually capable of true RNG, thus when you have an overarching display after several hours then it is a core problem with the system as it has been set up.

Any skills that you receive as part of some quest are underwhelming and offer no real change in strategy. The 'Magic' abilities are tied to a far too small mana pool to be useful unless the player has spent hours grinding up potions to constantly replenish it. And you still require to heal one's self after every encounter.

As for the grind... there is a difference between grind and mind-numbing uselessness. Most items that you spend hours grinding out and then convert over to other items serve little purpose other than being a resource that the developer is determined to burn through. Need a particular potion to offset poisons? You have to kill a mountain of poisoning enemies to get to a point of being able to craft them. The glorious 100% heal? You'll grind even more to have enough to even be noticeable compared to less powerful resources.

The renders are alight, but the general scenes are rather mundane. Nothing original or even interesting. In terms of power-dynamics you have light FemDom actions that are a bit weak, and you can tell this is one of the creator's personal fetishes. Which is fine, it the developer could actually keep them interesting.

In the end I will say this game is probably like others that had a FemDom focus that were in production at the time; poorly designed, lazy writing, and meant to be little more than a masochistic activity.

I played this game a year ago and I was frustrating and gave it 1 star early game and left it, a year later I saw it again while looking for a pregnancy tag game, and I was like you know what? I will fucking get that pregnancy shit for real. And I was not disappointed.

Story 4.5/5: You are a peasant. There is nothing special about you, yet. You will later become great things with your effort, but this will take time. But when it happens, you will truly feel accomplished. This is if you do not make mistakes in the dialogues and some path gets locked. This is what really bothers me. Half of the game’s content may not be available to you unless you follow the walkthrough step by step.

If you want to enjoy the game without a walkthrough, here I summarize some critical points to enjoy access to all the scenes in the game (as far as I remember):


Gameplay 4/5: I'm fan of soulslike games but this was too much for me because I wanted quick fap not to kill all lords of cinder. But this hardship only in the beginning and I advise you to use the in-game cheat to jump into the mid-game where all the fun begins. Because good things like fast teleport don't come until later, so whoever said the game is a walking simulator is not half wrong.

Art and sex scenes 5/5: You will get little to none scenes until you reach mid-game (about 10 hours gameplay). If you do not get tired of killing goblins, you will be rewarded with huge quantity of animated scenes that I guarantee you will be satisfied with.

TL/DR; The game is hard. But if you endure it and reach half the game, you will really enjoy it.

Is more than a Game +18, just look the type of interactions with the caracters, they don't are a simple machines walking random, not, they can Lost afection while time run, ando if You don't give atention, they angry, or sad, or lustted, if you do something or not, even the animation are very good, every scene is feel than the creator realy like the work that he do, so in general is a perfect Game if you want to have a complete experience.

Best erotic fantasy RPG out there currently.
Also one to supply a good quest arc, goblin porn (among others), enticing artwork and pregnancy.
Frequent, regular updates with constant improvement and progress.

Probably the best porn game out there IMO, if the emphasis is on both 'porn' and 'game'. People who complain about the grind must have hated Link/Zelda as children or are too young to know about them. It's fine. For those of us a certain age, it tickles that nostalgia. The porn is also fun, plenty of depraved fun but never mean spirited.

this is a case study in how to NOT make an RPG game.
it takes all the worst things about RPGM and dials them up to 11.

Game just sprang bestiality on me without warning or asking if I am interested.
In fact, despite very little of the content being bestiality, the first scene you encounter in the game is bestiality (you peep on a female human fucking a male horse).
This is very misleading for a new player who would think this is a bestiality game.
(first scene assuming you interact with the nearest blinky light from where you start the game).

This game is mostly about the MC impregnating monster girls, with the occasional optional netorare or netorase.
(used to have forced ntr but all those scenes have been made optional).
The bestiality isn't optional though.

The game forces you to walking simulator a lot. there is an exhaustion mechanic that exists solely to waste your time.
You are suddenly tired so you must walking simulator all the way back home to sleep (while dodging enemies) then walking simulator all the way back to where you were when exhaustion first hit you.
utter waste of my life.

Without cheats the game is beyond obnoxious and for masochists only who enjoy wasting their life.
With cheats the game is vastly better. But still not good.
Lots of wasted potential.
Could easily gain a couple more stars by making small changes like dumping the exhaustion mechanic and adding quick travel.

One of the best. Has been around for a long time (7 years), but the content updates are still frequent. One of the very few games that actually has fun game play elements (and not just grind for sake of grind), although leveling up/amount of XP gained should be improved a little bit, as it takes a long time to get to a high enough level for some of the quests.

One of the most complete games, and its well done, graphics arent spectacular but are good enough (especially considering how long ago it first came out). Some of the subplots have been neglected for a while, but its understandable given how big this game is. Relationship management is grindy if you go for every character, but its at least a logical harem style game instead of everyone illogically accepting being a side piece.

Great game. One of my favourites. A simple but nice story, a lot of diverse characters and fetishes. There is combat, crafting, potions, puzzles, farming and of course sex . The game offers fun for a long time and I personally look forward to each new update.

Great story and gameplay, however the dialogue and sex scenes are poorly written and designed, lacking even base flow, rhythm, and creativity. Not much more to say. Great gameplay and story structure though.

Probably one of the best porn game i ever played. Good art, good quest design, variety of characters, a loooot of content. But never had the patience to play without cheating, it's already long enough with it.

you cant play this game without going step by step on the walkthrough , it doesnt feel like you are playing , most of the time you are just reading the walkthough to know what you should do ....

Yes this game is as rough as others say it is. The grind isn't even like a grindy regular RPG, its just much much worse. You will be playing for hours for a crumb of scene and the battle system is more basic than DQ. You really will just use 1 basic attack 4 times then run back to rest, for a partial heal. This isn't the "Dark Souls" type of difficulty that some will say it is. You have 1 option in combat and there is no strategy at all.

I changed my level to 99 so take a glance at the some of the other content and I was gravely disappointed. The thumbnails for the download look so good but the scenes themselves are not worth it. Even if they removed battle encounters entirely, I would still say don't play this one.

A testament to why one has to be extra good to pull off a good game on RPGM engine. None of the clunkiness of the engine softened and polished, on top of that game design is too grindy. It may appeal to the medieval fantasy lovers at first but even that didn't get me to endure. Everything is quest and grind related which doesn't feel organic. To make a gal open her legs you have to grind the shit out of quests and flirting and relationship building become secondary.

One of the worst adult games I've ever played, it's astonishing how this is one of the most viewed games on this site. The story is basically non-existent, the world is all over the place and the dev seems not to have spent even 10 minutes with balancing, as you die and die and die by simple mobs that are just the starter ones around the town. And of course when you die, you lose all your unsaved progress.

Why would you wake up in the tavern or something if you can just face the good old "game over" screen just because it's already part of the RPGM and the easy way to do it.

Good models and i like the setting but that's where the pros end, this game is a grind fest right from the start. The combat is really unforgiving and the heals you get don't heal for shit, pretty much all you do is fight 1-2 times go to sleep and repeat over and over again until you can afford ONE piece of equipment from the blacksmith that barely helps you. And then you go back to fighting to earn money all over again.

This game is not for you if you are expecting fast progression, expect to grind a shit ton to get anywhere.

i have no idea why this game is rated so high. there is barely anything good about it and even that is behind a buttload of grind.

frist of all, as i said, the grind is big. very big. so is fighting boring. attack ->attack->attack->attack.. that's it... then you heal after fight because the heal is very bad

you grind through jobs for little money.

many things are unbalanced (money earning, xp farming, enemies strength).

and for what? i admit some scenes are hot, when girls are raped by enemies... but even that usually doesn't give any reactions by the protagonist. that protag is a soulless nobody. the story is basically you are a farmer's 2nd son so you adventure...that's it.

then a shitload of problems with the game. getting relationship with girls is really braindead, just keep giving them gifts then they are suddenly madly in love with you. you cant even track their progression (ok if you save, then some girls progression is shown there, but not all)

worst offender among all, no gallery or replay. so doesn't matter if scene is hot or not, you will see it once IF you see it.

if you like grind and wasting extreme amounts of time on a game which specializes in you wasting time, then i guess you might like it, but then you might as well play cookie clicker it's same level of braindead. you farm and do crops and etc. give gifts to girls so they unlock scenes. BORING BORING BORING.

if i had a shitload of time to waste, i guess the game could be fun. like a farmville simulator. but i don't, and i think a lot of ppl are like that. so for them: avoid this shit like the plague. this game is way outdated to be fun.

Great game if you're into the pregnancy fetishes. A lot of different character to have scenes with.
I also like the RPG aspect even though I'm not a big fan of the RPGM engine.
With that said, you definitely need the walkthrough if you want all the scenes. There is also a little bit of management as well, but there is a lot do so it doesn't feel too tedious
