Honest question since I've always installed Spicy (and Gnomes), is it not supposed to happen if Spicy isn't there, or modified to avoid the incest aspect the way Beth's content was modified when Gnomes was implemented? "A Play" has to be done to progress the Main storyline...I don't think this deserves a drink, Errors shouldn't be happening because you haven't installed an optional mod, this one is on Tinkerer.
Frankly when it was the "Decensor" patch it's good to mock people for not figuring out what they needed to remove the censorship, this has moved to something different.

No. The game will be fine if the player does not install the decensor text file without the require files. I would call Spicy and Gnome a mods for the game. And it takes one little change to stop the Decensor from causing an error when it is missing the rest of the patch. Not cleaning up obsolete files is sloppy coding.
Having someone complain about lack of incest when an Incest patch is available, is on them
Having Errors crop up when people have done what they have always done is on the Dev. (I'm not saying the Person using the Decensor patch is blameless, but it is predictable behavior that is easily accounted for)

Apparently it only crashes if the Censorship.txt file is present (though I'm less sure since the fix is always "install the Spicy Mod" rather than "Delete the Censorship file").Appreciate the support.

I started a fresh playthrough in my copious free time and haven't gotten to that part yet. I'll test it when I get there. (Did find some interesting things already, though. Like Daiyu sells barrenness/fertility/biggus dickus potions for less than Edgar does, you can do the first flirt as soon as you meet her but then it's strictly business until the Beth & Mayor requirements are met, and there's ghosts in the Cemetery at night basically from game start.)How weird is it that none of us are interested in finding out for ourselves lol!!

Depends. Theres 4 ways to look at this.
If Tunkerer finishes the story of PQ in this game then makes sense Qetedh will be a LI we can pursue. But at the same time she also may not so I'm gonna go through the list from least likley to most:
Blueballer
MC never actually gets to have Qetesh. She is out of reach outside of some scenes. This is the least likley.
Goddess Beyond The Book
She can be fucked by MC (& have kids) but she isnt in the book cos shes a goddess, she is beyond the pathetic bindings of this mortal book. This leaves an open slot in her place. She would act like all LIs except she is constantly horny, always at full affection, but MC cant see her stats.
To Be Continued...
If my personal theory ends up correct & PQ2 is just PART 2 of this game, then she will be teased in this game & a LI in the next. So she wont be in the book. Yet...
