i doubt it. you gotta look at the theming of this kind of game. You check, violate and send the women who pass through on their way. It is essentially a "hit it and quit it" kind of game; meaning there is no time for seeing her again and again to see any sort of pregnancy. You will just have to settle with knowing if she is impregnated by how many tears roll down her face at the realization she doesn't have or cant afford pregnancy preventative measures.
this creator also never depicts pregnancy in other works. so many H-artists out there that NEVER EVER TOUCH PREG IN A MILLION YEARS. you just have to get lucky and find the ones who do.
I don't know about this one, but I know about the other "Imperial Gatekeeper"-esque game that have yet to be released but does have impregnation content.

So like... how do you play this without bugs? It was pretty much unplayable to me (Windows 10) using the .exe-file. Pretty laggy and issues with the groping etc. The hands either appeared behind them, with no reaction, they turned around and all of a sudden got nude, or nothing at all happened or appeared when using the hands even if the buttons themselves were possibel to press and switch between.

The July (25.07.25) version of this game is FULL of bugs, it's a big downgrade from earlier version. There's nothing we can do except to wait for the devs to update the game, which they said is expected to be completed by the end of September.
The only good thing with the July version is the updated questline (from the beginning of city quest to the beginning of plaza quest). Other than that this is the worst version of the games in term of gameplay because there is bug everywhere, including many glaring bug from earlier version.
