My program JP Locale does not take this executable. It simply does not see it. And changing the region in Windows does not work, endless loading as with a normal launch (without locale because the locale cannot launch it!).

Are you no longer getting a black screen?

It now throws up an error: "Uncaught Error: Decryption Error" when I run the .exe.

I've attached my debug.log file but tl;dr it has variations of these lines:
