I know this is odd but are there any games out there where you take care of girls in a similar fashion to talking Tom and friends games?

Basically a game with a girl/girls and you meet their daily needs and just take care of them and get to do sexual things with them.

Could you perhaps be thinking of Cohabitation games?
If you need an example, the face of this genre is Teaching Feeling- but these types of games are SUPER common in Japanese nsfw sites.
I have quite a few on my list, but theres quite a lot floating around on this site. I can't really recall specific ones that aren't on my list though.

All of my recommendations are exclusively wholesome games (as in, romance required with no ntr and no forced dub/non-con)

From 'Must Try' to 'Decent, but better options':

That's all I can currently remember, but check out my list if you haven't already- I have quite a few on there.
