I got this utility,

, and it was total crap, can't resize the window, can't zoom in or out.... and it costs $16... a total rip off.Basically it's a picture viewer that stays on top of other windows to use as references for character creation, drawing, or whatever you like.
So I've made one myself, much more complete and useful. Enjoy.
