Played this game a while ago and forgot the actual premise.
But it's a pixel art game where you're out in a public place with a girl - tomboish childhood friend type - and you can grope her in increasingly lewd ways and eventually fuck her. You need to balance lewd stats with a visibility stat of people seeing you. The dialogue was weird, I vaguely remember one of the endings involving her being a succubuss or an eldrich monster or something. It's pretty short all in all.
