I don't do this often, Im hoping one or more persons would be able to identify this title of this game via the screenshots & clip I have.
I even searched on this site (theres so many games though) & checked other sites (reverse image searches etc) but didn't yield much help and I unfortunately can't read japanese Kanji yet.

Thanks! I had figured either it was something someone found on a abandoned forum from 2008 or it was someones personal spare time project.
