Breaking news, abelius said no updates until 2040.
This is the worst dev I've ever seen.
Honestly, there are far worse ones out there, but Abelius is way up there yeah. Eromancer is one of the quintessential bad adult game developers on patreon / kickstarter, and has been going for like 10 years now without managing to complete either of their games. Outside of porn games, Yandere dev is really bad too in terms of development time vs money made, and a confirmed groomer / pedophile (technically ephebophile, since his victim was a teenager not pre-pubescent, but people lump them together).

not to defend Eromancer but atleast pure oxyx there is some content and actual scenes, compared to this 3 years and barely any sexual content

Well, different genres call for different progressions. A beat um up porn game will pretty much always have sex scenes from grabs. Pizza hot is more of a slow corruption life sim, which should take longer in game to get to the heavy sex content.

Yeah, the idea of this game is to be one of those slow-paced sandboxes like Reya the Elf and Bright Past that takes shit tons of time to the fuckfest start and the FMC turns into a complete slut. The biggest problem is the abnormally slow speed of the development of this game with tiny updates.
Is there like any scenes in game or it doesn't have anything still, only masturbation

Bus molestation (chikan), masseuse molestation (groping), landlord molestation (blackmail), and flatmate molestation (sleep groping).
There are some other scenes, such as masturbation (bed & shower), catching landlord in the shower, landlord helping you with cleaning the kitchen and so on, but the only actual "sex" (if you can call it that) is the bus dream sequence on (I believe) day 4.

He's still using patreon even though he's making more off subscribestar, maybe that's why he isn't make progress, because of patreon's woke/boring new rules towards adult content.

You're not missing out on much; the announcements are the same technical nonsense as they've always been, and some screenshots from Unity to make it look like he's been working hard and not lazing about for the past 8 months now.
If a silly lesbian update can take this long, imagine how much the restaurant remake will take—a year at least, and I'm being generous.
It took three years just to get that much. Ridiculous.
