Ipad's os is not MacOS, but iOS. Hardly any game supports iOS due to how restrictive it is, should have gone for android.

Guys am new to this, I recently bought a ipad. I downloaded eternum mac.zip but am not able to play it. Can anyone help out?
I haven't tried these myself, but there's two apps in my appstore that claim to be able to play Ren'Py games

or

Both are payware. €3 and €8 Euros respectively
Going by the description my money would be on the latter.

as for "should have gone for android." as the previous poste said...
This is moot since you already got an iPad, but personally I think Android would have been a worse choice. Most games don't come with native APK's but require a fan made apk (nothing bad about those, but ymmv and sometimes you'll have to wait longer for one to get made).
Or use joyplay because the game is too big to create an apk without significant degradation in quality.
