See title. There's nothing worse than downloading a game and getting blue balled after long grind.

Can you give a little more detail on what you are looking for? Some games have tons of side character content but people only want "Mom" or "LI 3" others won't jerk off to anal and others don't consider dreams scenes "the real thing" and still call blue balls. It might help if you can give a more clear idea for it.
