The game I'm looking for, we move in with our mother at the aunt's house with the 2 cousins.
The aunt manages a clothing store, 1 cousin is a police officer, the mother helps for Mayor Hudson.
It's an open world where there are several areas that you can visit where there are 2 gangs.
There is also a dream world where there are elves and 2 teachers were guards of this world.
There is also 1 ball just before we start the electoral part of the games.
