I played an interesting game, but for the life of me, I can't remember the title.
The basic plot is the MC and a girl's school are fighting for control of the MC's family Mansion that has suddenly re-appear by a lake. The MC goes to the school along with the headmistress and a few students to clean up the mansion and of course for the MC to seduce the teacher and students. The game has sandbox elements and the girls are realistic looking, although I'm not sure if they are AI generated.
