I have never played the eroge before, but I watched one of the h scene where the girl is on all fours position, her hands and legs are being chained on the floor and she will be fcked by a wolf because the main protagonist wanted to teach her a "lesson" .

I think the scene went on like this , at first, the girl is not really intimidated when she found out she was chained, but the protagonist reveals that his wolf will be the one to fck her, she was abit afraid but the protagonist said to rest assured because the wolf is his/well trained(i forgot) and it wont hurt her because he is controlling it(?)and it starts the scene.
Another thing i remembered is this girl and the protagonist has some kind of contract(? Like keiyaku?) That's why i think the setting is on fantasy world
There are also another scene with this girl and the protagonist having sex together after the lesson/this scene.
I dont think this girl is the main heroine, because i remembered there are other girls too.
