I played this game several years ago on one of the web sites that has embedded renpy players and would like to find it again. I only played a little bit, because it seemed "serious" rather than lewd, but the writing was great and it seemed.... poignant. Here's what I remember, please help me find it!
- MC is a young-ish man living in a city. MC is poor. MC has a neighbor/friend who is depressed. She comes over and encourages him to get out of town while he can. She had a sad backstory.
- MC then rides a motorcycle to an.... inn? Something like that? He owns the place now.
- The visuals were vaguely anime-like, but 2D/cartoony. It was not 3D.
- I know there is a harem game with a similar story (about a city boy inheriting an inn and moving to the country). That game is 3D and not the one I am looking for, though (in my incomplete memory) the set up was pretty close.
