Tried a reverse image search on google, nothing.

Im not sure why you're looking for that asset, but the quality doesn't look the best.
1- Houses are a bunch of clones with just different materials on them.
2- the telephone pole looks like its planks that are put together.
3- pavements looks weird.
4- every house has its own cell tower.
Im not sure if this is cause of some weird HOA rules

But i have a suggestion.

That looks good. Until you look at the road/asphalt, looks like its surface is threaded with with lacquer.

I have a suggestion too. just get a pack of pre-built house models and put together a scene like this yourself.
its a evenings work.

Be aware, this is old, like 8 years old and made for Poser. In DAZ, the textures are way to high in gamma and to even do a simple test render, I had to dial my Tone Mapping down a ton. You could probably use the geometry though and just add Iray shaders to all surfaces. Not sure how much work that would be though.

You succeeded.

Though, to me that neighborhood looked somewhat creepy.
But if blurred and not in focus, it probably is fine.

I have to be honest, i haven't looked at the asphalt.
The promo (like always) looked nice enough.
I like what i see on Renderhub. More fresher than on DAZ store.
