I well remember watching a live, the screen was censored, but this person totally created the character, there were many options from physical appearance to clothing, very complete, those full of fetishes would love it, and also easy to understand and control, it gave to create countless waifus the way you wanted, with any type of clothing and still do what you wanted with them, which was pretty much the best part of the game, interacting with them and doing a little bit of everything.
