Played it about 3 years ago, i believe it was an rpg made in rpgmaker, it had quite a developed combat system.
You go through different levels fighting creatures and bosses, i remember them having sex scenes for win/loss scenario.
It might have had some souls like elements, where you either had to collect your souls/currency where you died or you retained a small amount that you use for upgrades.
The first level was a cave, with mages and shinobi ladies and the boss might have been a shinobi as well.
There might have been aspects of female domination
