Identify Please help me identify this Renpy game

Hey guys,
a couple of months ago I played a new game (I think) but I can't remember the name or dev behind it.
If I remember correctly it's placed in a medieval setting and you're playing as the male MC working as courier and bringing urgent news to the queen in the capital.
In front of the city gates you meet the Daughter Heir (I think) on guard duty. Afterwards, you meet the court witch.

That's all I remember. Does anybody know which game this is?

Do you remember the type of game or the art style? Was it a visual novel or something else —2D hand-drawn art, pixel art, or 3D renders for example ?

It was 3D renders and pretty sure it was a visual novel
