I found it here in f95zone's advertisement and don't even know it's origins: is it a game or a movie? And how is it called?

It was made just for the ad banner and is constantly making people there's more of it. The artist is

If that sites ads aren't for a specific game (that the ad links to) it's usually just a commissioned shot animation.
