Please reccomend an easy program for making comics sound images (Onomatopoeia)

I know such images can be made with Illustrator and such but I hope there will be dumbproof easy to use programs.

PS. Under comics sound images I mean stuff like this:

You can use online services like polywog recommended, or you can just download free fonts, and use whatever software you already have on your computer. Search for "free comic fonts", download the fonts, virus scan, move the .ttf file to c:\windows\fonts
