I'm really looking for a good game that has rape , defloration.. everything is fine besides heavy gore and vore something like in the image

This is kind of generic, there should be a lot of games with these tags.

Do you prefer RPGM or VNs?

Of the latter, Black Lilith games are very well made if you are willing to keep up with the copious amount of text.
