Pleasure game mechanics which punishes player character's pleasure

In Sex Games, the player character's pleasure tends to go in two different directions, one of which is sex as a competition to get your partner off more than you, with some kind of sex exhaustion mechanic. Where the more your partner cums, the better

This makes sense in male protagonist games, where as a man, getting your female partner off is your responsibility.
And the more times you get her off, the better you are at it, and everyone is happy.

But in female protagonist games, having this same mechanic mirror imaged doesn't make sense, unless there is a toxic relationship dynamic in which the protag doesn't want to feel good from their partners.

For female protagonists, its much more satisfying to, instead of resisting climax, to instead increase the number of times that you can climax.
Its not satisfying to treat it like a competition of who can feel less pleasure, and getting better at sex by feeling less. What is satisfying is increasing the amount of pleasure that you can feel. Where through system progression, the same sex partner with the same skill, will make you feel more pleasure and climax more often, not less.
Guys already know this, but when you make your partner cum it is one of the most satisfying things there is. So when playing as a female protag in sex games, it makes the opposite of sense to resist climax the same way a male protag would.

For female protags, it would make far more sense to INCREASE the pleasure that you feel, to cum MORE easily and more often. If the goal is to maximize your partner's pleasure, then climaxing as a female protag should also spike the partner's pleasure and reinvigorate them so that you can drain them some more.
This is one of those things that so many sex games get so, so, oh so goddamn wrong. So wrong that you want to shake them.
