Identify Plese help me identify a game...i forgot the name of it

All I remember about the game is MC's dad is dead, and so left MC with the mother and a sister. Dad also left a car that was supposedly to be a present for MC after finishing his college or school. The car is in unusable condition so the MC have to repair it himself. In the game mother asked MC to help clear dad's belongings and so MC found out that his dad had a some secret. The game features free roam around the house as in like Z-island, real life sunbay, etc.

unfortunately, it is not summertime saga haha. The free-roam aspect of the game is like those of unity games like z-island, real life sunbay and real life...so i suspect it could be on unity engine.
