I just found the game The Lord of Isekai Brothel. After downloading and unzipping, I ran the game. Why is it only 0 and it's currently loading then exiting.

Also check the usual suspects like putting the game into a short English path folder like C:\Games\. Other things maybe your Windows username is non-English. That can cause problems with Japanese games accessing %userprofile% folder. Maybe try running it with a locale emulator as a last resort.

another shot into the dark: maybe you are missing some modern codec(s).

Maybe install a codec pack - I sometimes read that installing klite codec pack solved issues. So far I did not have to install this myself, so ...
