You are a Man and you wife is in a coma at home were you doughters life(i think the are loli or preteens) you have not seen your family for a long time or you just got out of there you have a sister(she is totaly in to you and nuts) that looks a bit gothic(balckish makeup and blackhair) she have childern girls with you and there is a Guard watching over your family you are a hitman or something working for some sort of mafia and you returning to your family i think the titel was something with guardien.
The games was on this site it was a renpy game with Incest and loli(patch)
