Locate the apk, it probably ended up in downloads tap it and install the app. Hopefully that should be it.

my phone wont fucking let me install it it says "app wasn't installed"

@BestSnipyI believe you have to give permission to install apps not downloaded from google play it should be somewhere in your settings allow 3rd party apps or something like that .I use Apple myself so not familiar with android settings , But maybe someone with android can advise

That usually means you don't have the storage space, you need more than the size of the apk free. Maybe make sure install apps from unknown sources is on, and play protect stuff off. Otherwise you device might not be compatible, or the download damaged (but that would have come up in the thread probably).
