Rise of the White Flower [Ch.6 Public] [NecroBunnyStudios] : Female MC; Fantasy setting; Mostly linear rather than sandbox (but I would describe What a Legend the same); Incomplete but decent amount of gameplay and updates still coming; Feel very similar to What a Legend;

Healslut [v0.6] [Davie Zwei] : Male or female MC; Transported into fantasy VR world to play as female, twink or transwoman; Mostly linear rather than sandbox; Incomplete but decent amount of gameplay and updates still coming;
Crossdressing in Camelot [v0.20 Public] [Stickyicky] : Male MC; Fantasy setting; Strong feminization theme (don't go there if you dislike this); Fantasy setting; Mostly linear with sandbox elements; Incomplete but decent amount of gameplay and updates still coming;
Warlock and Boobs [v0.340.1 Hotfix 2] [boobsgames] : Male MC; Fantasy setting; Some gay sex (mostly avoidable) and light feminization (MC gets boobs in one quest - can remove them in another); Definitely sandbox although a number of the quests must be started/completed in order; Needs good game strategy or can become very grindy;

*Midnight Paradise* is way better game than Milfy city in my opinion
