RPGM Plugins and general sprite help for Waifu Catalog style game

I want to make a free waifu catalog style game, but am having trouble with some elemants. I will have to slowly comission some assets (sprites/battlers) but in regards to some systems I am hoping to be directed to plugins that exist. Two that I am interested in right now are a plug in that allows for the sprite/bust of a character to change based on the 'costume' they have equipped. Another is a plug in to display that bust during combat, like yanfly's plug in for face sets instead of the list of names. Another would be the classic 'h stat' screen for the menu, as well as figuring out how to set up keeping track of stats (likely going to use variables.)

Any help will be appreciated, Once I get the first three 'waifus' set up with their areas I will be posting a demo.
