I try to recall the title of the game where:
Game mechanics:
It’s not very easy to start a game as you need to click on the barely visible person that's in the window of the opposite building. You can got 3 kinds of points in game. One kind is about relentless.
Story:
You start as a bodyguard of local female politician in Germany, that runs for mayor office. She had a daughter. Daughter was harassed by a female procurator of muslim origin at the bus stop. Female politician told female psychologist about her tragic childhood where she was raped by her (step?)fahter at the beach. Her black stepbrother came to her home and told her that her husband is dead.

I think that dev had the name with “blond”. Something like: I like blondes. He was a German psychologist.
