Depending on the character really.
Rather be a known character like Lara Croft or a character like Alicia from Crisis Point Extraction.
As long as they have nice body (and have big tits. (C or D size breast side))

But I lean more towards devolpers original characters. (That I also love the Rumble roses games.)

Other then that, as long as the writing is good and the art/animations of the sex scenes are fine by me.

In general, I avoid games based on other properties. This is especially true if I know it's based on properties that I know little about. For example, Noxian Nights by Sierra Lee and Nomo from Hreinn Games is very popular. There is a lot of praise on this game by many different users. However, since I do not know much about League of Legends that it's based off of nor have I ever played that game, I will inevitably miss much of the story, Easter Eggs, or other references in NN. Thus, I'm more interested and comfortable with original content--this precludes "established characters" within the same universe or series (i.e., from Game 1, Game 2, Game 3, etc.) as that doesn't parody itself. So for me, original content all the way. I don't believe I've ever backed a parody project to date on Patreon, Kickstarter, or elsewhere.

Original characters that are not generic.

I'm not looking favourably at character theft.

I prefer characters not known from real life or other games/movies. Be that female or male. I don't really mind if the same model is in many games (they've probably all been used by now).

Parodies are usually supposed to make you laugh rather than jerk off, therefore in porn games I generally favor characters invented by the developers.

This is not an absolute rule however. A copied character is still better than a generic character.
