Greetings!! im making my first VN and im a bit in a cunundrum if i should make my MC be a male or a female that at the begining of the story gets transformed in to a dickgirl, so i wanted to make a post around here to see which one does people like the most

i see, yes might do that, will make like myself as a character for the 4th wall stuff at the start explaining and presenting the rest of the people and them maybe have the screen split in half whit each one at one side for the player to chose

its a surge in futa games, just something i noticed. i have no idea why you would ever want to give a girl a dick but thats just me, aint knocking anyones fetish.

fair, just doing the poll to focus on one or the other at the begining, i will be adding both of the options eventually after i finish a cap. ill go and focus on the other one, so they are made mostly at the same time but to not overwelm myself whit too much work, so if you prefer the male MC version that will definetly an option, depending on the poll, if dickgirl wins the male version will come out just a bit later after the first cap is done~

For myself, it depends on the game.

If it is a harem game, I do prefer a male protagonist.
If it is an open world or sandbox style game, I tend to prefer herm characters, they tend to have the bits and bobs to see the most action.

yes! i get what you mean, have you played the game corruption? the one that the ending got kind of abandoned? well its mostly inspired by that game, so expect lets say an island in a CP2077 ambient to explore, so i suppose its a bit of sandbox since you need to eventually corrupt the entire island on your way to becoming the presidet of the island, of course that is the corruption path, i will add a love path once im done whit the corruption one, and the counter sex version once im done whit a chapter or X content

Personally, I'd advise holding off on attempting to make an entire game if you're having a "conundrum" over your protagonist's gender.

But otherwise, Dickgirls all the way.

Futa all the way. Tired of male protagonist games. I'm not attracted to males (and i have trouble self inserting) so seeing a dude just takes away from the sexiness of some scenes. Futa on the other hand is mostly female, and the scenes can be hotter. For example after coming on the face it's gross if male character would give a kiss, but with futa it's not the same. Futa can come then eat pussy it's not gross.

yeah, i mostly decided for now starting whit the dickgirl prologue and then doing the male part, like slow but steady and constant, so for now just focusing on the dickgirl story line

hmm yeah i get what you mean , sort of, eventually im doing both options, but going to focus on the dickgirl first, then once im done whit X chapter i jump to the male so both have the same content so its fair whit all the tastes just wanted to see whit which to start first

certainly i get what you mean, its just i dont think there is a specific tag for like dickgirl, only the futa tag,, so it might confuse people a little but i will try to explain it on the description and post as best i can but of course will have both of genders eventually as the game progreses from the start
