The Hot Springs is a discoverable location.
An "Explore" option can be clicked on Homely Way in the left center of the screen once Reina (Gym Owner) is Progress 4. Doing this should also fix the errors that 0.17 was giving (I had tested later events with the location explored, and the hints crash at certain points if the location is not explored).
