Most did not have the RPG element, most were 98% guys and gay people. Nowadays 95% are anti social walking breathing stereotypes asking for really dumb fetishes like BBC bullshit, ironically but predictably they cannot do their 3somes and cuck/voyeur fantasies cause they're so timif and anti social and egotistical to just ask "hey can I watch?" and for the reply to be yes. Todays's generation of MMOs are more elitist, careless unfjn and stupid than WoW and Runescape players. One guy said he got more lay out of Habbo Hotel than MnFClub and 3dxchat.

No pros, just cons. 99 % of the women you'll have sex with are men. Moreover, these games are heavily monetised and not worth it in my opinion.

The best one i've played in my time was Scarlet blade.
It was your typical Korean style Action MMO. Simple MMO loop, Go here, fight thing, loot, complete quest, go to next area in main story quests , repeat. Combat was simple, nothing too complex beyond activating skills when they were ready (from what i recall). But the fun part of the game was finding new equipment for your character and making them look sexy. Spoiler: all the outfits were sexy.
It didn't have much sex but it was fun enough for me to want to lvl multiple classes, But not fun enough for it to survive in its age. I'm sure you can find a private server if you are interested in it.

This mmo was probably the closest to an actual porn mmo we've got so far, with solid gameplay and all not just porn.
You could buy uncensor items in the cash shop and make your character dance naked in a club, even the lolis.

So basically what everyone has been asking for since day 1: build the porn as an extra thing on top of an already good game. Just like Pokemon has a dozen extra features with the safari, beauty contest, puzzle house, breeding, secret bases, deep sea exploration, the list goes on.
