Is urine or rape allowed in lewd games in the US?

In porn, depictions of non consensual sex can remove you game for certain platforms like patreon, but it is not illegal either.

While you can/should only receive legal advice from an attourney/lawyer (bar member) in the US it it my opinion that said topics are under the protection of the 1st amendment of your Constitution if these act's are depicted in writings or artworks.

To be fair, that's because of the context of the rape. If the rape is glorified it most likely will be shut down.
And usually the rapist end up dead or in jail, so that makes it "okay", i.e. the culprit received punishment.
