Identify PornGame from a 2000's movie scene

This maybe a very hard one.

There's an old american movie called "3 Strikes", a standard black comedy that I watched when I was a kid. By the time 29:50s they show what seems to be a platform porngame.
I don't even know if it's a real game, nor if it still runs in modern systems. Just got curious about what looks like an english voiced semi-3D game, big deal for that year. Anyway, couldn't find any clues about it.

Making a game or even just animations in the 90s was not cheap and the budget for this movie was really low. Besides, the game has a UI for hp and what seems to be a cum meter. I doubt it was made for the scene.
