Yeah it has been on sale for Steam for quite a while. Sadly there seems to be no NSFW content. Atleast the reviews claim so (and yes, Steam is now allowing NSFW content on their platform).

There are no truly adult illustrations in the game. Even the terminology is chosen carefully. The core of the game is the dynamics of markets. Graphic design is intended to create "spicy" atmosphere and a sense of immersion.
