This project will be referred to as Arcea. I currently have the first full outline of chapter 1 out of 5 done. I also have worked a bit on bringing the main heroine to life in Koikatsu Party with HF patch. Both of which will be attached to this thread so others can judge my work for themselves and see if we'd make a good fit.

I am currently looking for a RPGmaker MV programmer and a Koikatsu Party with HF patch 3D artist.
Employment Type:
Revenue Share. Should this pick up and money is beginning to be made off of it, I'd suggest a split as such. 45% for both the programmer and artist, while I recieve 10% of the profit. I'm not here to really make money, more to create a game that I myself can eventually enjoy and share with the community as a whole.
Work commitment:
I'd consider this to be just a one-off project, but should it succeed, and another game is demanded, then I don't see why another game couldn't be made.

Job Description:
This is mainly a passion project, so I don't think this will be a sort of full-time gig for anyone involved, though it does have the potential as being a minor source of income I suppose. As for why RPGmaker MV and Koikatsu are the requirements, it's because I have both programs purchased myself and at least a beginner's level of knowledge about both. This way I can help where needed, give feedback, playtest the game itself, and try to do my best to support both programmer and artist. As for the story and writing, I would like to personally work on that myself. Like I've stated before, I want this game to be something I can enjoy myself, and writing the story and dialogue elements would help with that. I have bachelor's in creative writing and am working on my master's in creative writing as well, so hopefully I'll be able to cobble something together.
Additional comments:
Again, this is just something I wanted to do in my free time, as I both work full time, go to school full time, and am in a committed relationship. I don't know quite how long the project might take, though if consistently worked on it should be completed within a year or so. I would much prefer the game be released as one completed game, but sadly that's not how the porn game industry really works. The release schedule would be something to be discussed later after seeing how much work actually goes into making the game.
