Recommending Post apocalyptic strategy game ? no monster, zombies etc.

Hi community, does there exist some kind of:

strategy, "command and conquer" or jagged alliance kind of games, set in a post apocalyptic world /society collapsed.

Groups of people fight against each other, enslave each other etc.

No monsters, futa, furry, vampire, sissi, transformation etc ?

What about Masters of Raana? Not exactly a proper post-apocalyptic strategy, I guess - but it's a management/rpg/trainer with turn-based group fights, some strategy elements, and some post-apocalyptic vibe.

And there're no traps, zombies, furry, etc.
