In games there is no way to feel something, so they have to show it to you:
- the way girl places her hands on MCs back, when hugging him,
- the moment of penetration,
- the emotions on girls face, when she's not facing MC
Its easier to show the most informative view with with free camera.

For when I start trying to make my own game.
Close to POV and third person. Reflective surfaces "go a long way" with POV as they can show you alternative angles, i.e. the love interests face when she's facing away from the player character. I'm not a big fan of seeing the male player character's face, especially when it's a bad design, which is most of the time.
