Well it is not one of the fetish im seeking out directly... but of the games that i played Corrupted Kingdoms [v0.22.3d] [ArcGames] is very good thou it is hardly a main theme ther.
The Agnietta ~Healer and the Cursed Dungeon~ [v1.05] [B-flat] is also very good but i belive there are no "human" children ... meaning you get pregnant to monsters. It is a dungeon crawler and qite dark.
Raven's Quest [v1.4] [PiXel Games] i very mutch so entjoyed, i belive you can get pregnant to Orks and Humans there. It is very mutch light harted about pregnancy.
Meltys Quest [v1.2r] [Happy Life] is very fun. You can get pregnant to varaity of different humans, monsters and beasts there.
