i am looking for a Pregnancy focused game or at leasta game where i can follow the progress of the pregnant character.

Female MC or Male MC who is knocking up Females.

Would be great if it´s NOT text based.

are there games with renpy models,who doesn´t look like manga girls? honey select or even more realistic.

Just a side note, I think the "renpy models" you are referring to are actually Daz3D models. Renpy is the engine used to make visual novels by putting together images made in Daz3D or Honey Select or other 3D softwares.

I have heard of a couple of other ones but I haven't played them myself. Unfortunately, there aren't many games that offer pregnancy progress or post-pregnancy as part of the story as far as i know. Strangely enough, among the ones that do, quite a few of them have a goblin main protagonist . That really breaks the immersion for me.
