Trying to identify a discontinued Ren’Py visual novel

I’m trying to remember the name of an adult visual novel I played around 3–4 years ago. I believe it was made with Ren’Py and might have been discontinued or abandoned.
What i Remember:
I’ve searched through tags and older threads, but had no luck so far. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

What i Remember:
- It starts with the main character breaking up from his girlfriend
- I think he moves to another city, probably for a fresh start
- On a train, he meets a young asian woman, and they end up having sex during the ride.
- I think in the beginning, there was an option to have sex with the mother of the girlfriend
- The tone was realistic, more slice-of-life than fantasy/sci-fi.
- It probably wasn't a long game, and may have only had a couple of updates.
